Return Policy

We sell fresh flowers and plants. These are perishable products that quickly decline in quality after delivery. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal and it is not possible to return or exchange an order.

This is in line with the statutory exception for perishable goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Not happy with the quality of your order? Please contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of receiving your order, via our contact page. If possible, include a photo so we can help you find a suitable solution.
